Depends on your definition of "minimally" and yes I think it can be integrated with phpBB3. Probably a link in viewtopic and have it show only when the user is on line?

I don't see a reason for ACP is what I meant, it needed addressed before some nub comes in here wanting the kitchen sink. Viewtopic would definitely be good. and possibly even a link in their profile(not really as important). Definitely only should show when online.
