Topic Text in Mouse Over - show the image

Hi, i saw the useful mod : Topic Text in Mouse Over , and i ask you if it can show the image and not the text.
My first post has this structure:

[img]image link[/img]
.... text and link..

I would see the image conteined in the tag [img].
I apologize for my bad english, i'm italian.

At present that is not possible, but I may consider it at a later date.
